TotalBoat Halcyon varnish should cure for a minimum of 24 hours under normal conditions before being subjected to light, incidental water contact. It is recommended to allow at least 48 hours of cure time before Halcyon is subjected to rain or splashes of water. Water contact sooner than the noted times may lead to permanent texture on the surface left from the water. When 5 or more coats are applied in a single day, it is suggested to wait twice as long as posted above.
