Product pages on JamestownDistributors.com contain a link just below the product title, with the text 'Ask a Question.' Clicking this link lets shoppers ask questions about the items they are interested in. The system automatically sends questions (via email) to both our Total Support Team, and to customers who have previously purchased that item from us.
When someone responds with an answer, it is automatically emailed to the customer who asked the question. No personal identifying information is contained in these emails; the system protects the privacy of all parties 100%.
Later, after the content is reviewed for accuracy by our team, the question and answer will be posted on the product page itself. This helps answer questions and concerns customers may have about the product.
