TotalBoat Wet Edge can be applied directly over TotalBoat TotalBilge. The TotalBilge substrate must be fully cured for at least 5-7 days under the advised temperature and environmental conditions, cleaned of any grease, wax, water, oil, or any other surface contaminants, and sanded according to surface preparation for 'previously painted surfaces' on the TotalBoat Wet Edge container, prior to applying any Wet Edge topside paint.
