Prevention is best, wear gloves and eye, skin and clothing protection when working with epoxy. It's best to keep if off of your skin to prevent epoxy sensitization and other health issues. But accidents happen. If you get epoxy on your skin, immediately use soap and water, and wash the area thoroughly.
If the resin is sticky, a pumice soap can help.
Never use any type of solvent (such as denatured alcohol or acetone) to remove epoxy from your skin.
