One-part paints can generally be used over most two-part epoxy primers and barrier coat epoxy primers. These primers cure to an inert material that's great for one- and two-part paints.
The most important thing to point out is that the primer must be fully cured and sanded to the designated grit of sandpaper the paint requires. Unless specified on the paint, do not apply any topside-type paints directly to uncured/sanded two-part epoxy primers.
