The table below indicates maximum pour thicknesses, per layer, for each of the TotalBoat resin systems. It's important not to exceed the maximum pour depth in order to avoid excessive exotherm, and to have the material cure properly and exhibit optimum cured properties. Pouring individual layers deeper than recommended can result in problems including yellowing, cracking, waves in the surface, cloudiness, swirls, or shrinkage.
