TotalBoat Cast N Turn can be cured up to 3" thick with just a single layer if the casting is using less than 16 oz. of mixed urethane. If the desired casting will use more than 16 oz. of mixed Cast N Turn, the maximum poured depth should not exceed 2".
The curing process of TotalBoat Cast N Turn is an exothermic reaction. If Cast N Turn is cured at greater thicknesses than recommended, excessive heat from the reaction may have negative effects on the final product.
