TotalBoat ThickSet Fathom epoxy requires 48-72 hours (or longer) to cure before it can be removed from a mold, under normal application temperatures. It is recommended to leave ThickSet Fathom in the mold as long as possible. If it is demolded too soon, the epoxy could still be soft, or possibly show signs of sagging. Raising the ambient temperature to 85-90°F after the epoxy has reached the peak point of exotherm can help to reduce the time that ThickSet Fathom needs to remain in the mold.
