What is the dry time for TotalBoat Topside Primer prior to applying TotalBoat Wet Edge?

TotalBoat Topside Primer has  a very quick cure time, which allows it to be overcoated with TotalBoat Wet Edge topside paint in just 1 hour @ 90°F, 2 hours @ 70°F, or 4 hours @ 50°F. Lightly sand the TotalBoat Topside Primer with 220-grit or 320-grit sandpaper and remove any sanding residue prior to applying TotalBoat Wet Edge.
