A cartridge of TotalBoat Thixo Flex thickened epoxy adhesive contains 250ml of epoxy. Without accounting for any waste, or epoxy that stays in the static mixing tip, one cartridge will yield roughly 81' of bead at 1/8" diameter, and roughly 20' for a 1/4" bead.
If the cartridge is being dispensed to be mixed and spread as an even layer, a 250ml tube yields about 15.2 cubic inches of epoxy. This calculates to 61 square inches at 1/4" thickness, 122 square inches at 1/8" thickness, and 244 square inches at 1/16" thickness. These yields do not account for any wasted epoxy; any wasted epoxy will reduce these numbers.
*The first 3-4" of bead that comes out of the static mixing nozzle should not be used, as it will not be a proper blend of the two components.
