Once you have completed checkout and submitted your order (for orders placed online) or placed an order over the phone, the best way to check the status of your order is to log in to the website and view My Orders.
From there, you can see order date, ship date, order #, view invoices, and track orders that are en route.
Alternately, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call (800) 497-0010, and press #2 to speak with a Total Support Team associate. There is no self-service way to update, add to, cancel, or otherwise change an order on our website once you have submitted it.
Remember, you will receive an order confirmation email once you have submitted your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, date and method of shipment, and order details including items in the shipment.
Please include order details in any emails to our team, and have your order details ready when calling to speak with a Total Support Team customer service representative.
You can view the status of past orders that have shipped by logging in and viewing My Orders.
