Can TotalBoat 2-Part Epoxy Primer with the clear base be used to prime bare metal?

All base colors and varieties of the TotalBoat 2-Part Epoxy Primer line can be used to prime bare metal. All metals would need to be be properly prepared for proper adhesion and results, per the surface preparation instructions on the activator component's label.
