Can an enamel paint be applied over TotalBoat TotalProtect?

Enamel paints can be applied directly over TotalBoat TotalProtect Epoxy Primer & Barrier Coat that has fully cured for at least 5-7 days (under normal cure conditions), has been sanded, and has had all sanding residue removed.
